This morning Nina showed us a way you could clear your mind. she used meditation . A soundtrack that played sounds of nature was in the background while Nina  focused on clearing her mind.
Here's 5 ways you could clear your mind.
1. Sit outside and enjoy the nice breeze an the birds chirping. 
2. Pray with your family.
3. Play clam music and sit down on your bed .
4.  Do some fitness.
5.do some yoga
WHY?
Because it important to reset our minds regularly. To be able to see and work through things with a good mind.
